Shipping Information

There is free shipping on all orders over $100, all orders under $100 will be shipped anywhere in New Zealand for a flat rate of $6.50. Orders are sent via courier. Please allow 2-3 days to receive the goods once purchase has been made. If you live at a rural address, please leave at least another day to receive your goods. Please ensure you give a physical address as we cannot post to PO boxes. You will receive a conformation email when your order has been processed, and you will receive a pass the parcel tracking number to check the progress of your parcel. Return & Exchange Policy

We hope that you love your Tuhura clothing, however if you are un-happy with any items then you are welcome to return it for a full refund or store credit, or we can arrange an exchange for another item. However, the returned clothing must be in original condition, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and must not have any marks on it. You need to return the clothing within 14 days. Please be aware that if you buy any items on sale, then they are not able to be returned.
